A Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer
We are looking for a high-energy, reliable individual with outstanding customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular service and products.
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll be trained to talk about all our communication solutions and the best fitting wireless plan for each and every customer. All you need to bring to the table, communication skills and a willingness to learn!
Pay structure:
- Hourly + Commission

Job Description:
- Sell all products and services offered by Verizon
- Meet all sales objectives
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders
- Maintain strong knowledge of all Verizon products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs
- Handle service inquiries from customers
- Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services
Job Requirements:
- Use competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Work a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and non-major holidays
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone or written note
Compensación: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
