H&R Block of Glen NH is looking for:

* Highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionists/Office Manager to oversee our office operations and support our team in achieving business objectives

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes
  • Work with clients on account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
  • Reconcile IRS tax submissions
  • Customer relations
  • etc.....

We are looking for the right people to handle a fast paced work environment.  Experience is not necessary as long as you have a willingness to learn and the ability to maintain through an active work day.  Advancement available for individuals willing and capable to learn tax preparation skills.  

 
Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
