About Us: Hotspot Cell is a dynamic and growing Wireless Zone Verizon Franchisee dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our clients. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:The Office Manager will play a vital role in supporting various store operations, ensuring our facilities run smoothly, and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to store management and staff.
- Coordinate store facilities maintenance with vendors and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in payroll and legal coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Act as an administrative support to the leadership team, handling scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Office Management or Project Management is required. Wireless experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
