- Salary: $60,352.53 to $72,682.62 per year.
- Commission & Bonus: Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout. You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators.

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, helping them develop their skills and achieve success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives. Your personal sales will not only provide you with commissions but also a positive example for your staff to follow. In this role, you will help others achieve their goals through accountability, coaching, and praise.
